Gratitude for highly trained staff

Dear Customer service manager

I am one of your new customers who rented a vehicle from your Gautrain Sandton branch. I was assisted by a young lady, at thebranch, whose name I unfortunately failed to obtain,  she was very courteous and extremely helpful to me in my endeavor to hire a vehicle. I had encountered an initial problem with my credit card and she graciously allowed me to contact my bank to get the problem resolved. She continued to attend to me until the issue was resolved and I was able to obtain a vehicle. Her conduct towards me as a customer was highly commendable and she is most certainly an asset to your organization and a true testament to the good service that Avis is renowned for.

Let me convey my gratitude to your organization for having such highly trained and motivated staff. From this moment forward, it is Avis that I will always hire my vehicles from and will encourage everyone I know to do the same!
